Replaced a slow, vendor-hosted CMS with a flexible system the editors run themselves, which can be hosted on any server.
Opened a publisher's back catalogue to medical professionals without re-setting years of artwork: editors upload each journal as a PDF, annotate it, and it is searchable across all journals at once.
Our project and issue tracker: project management, bug tracking and communication with customers, who can check the status of their requests at any time. In 2026 we rebuilt it on .NET 10 and PostgreSQL with a new design, and checked the new version against the old one page by page.
