This website is operated by Gamma Quest, Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through gammaquest.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the topic you choose and your message.
Project form: your name, email address, company and phone (both optional), and what you tell us about your project: what you need, the technology, timeline, budget range and whether you want an NDA.
Email: anything you send to us by email.
Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. If a form message cannot be delivered, the error is logged for one month.

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers, analytics or third-party scripts.

How we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry, discuss and deliver our services, and keep the website secure. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Who processes it

Amazon Web Services hosts this website and delivers the messages sent with its forms. Our email runs on our own mail server, hosted by GoDaddy.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as our contracts and the law require.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing german@gammaquest.com.

Our project tracker

Clients who sign in to the Gamma Quest project tracker (tracker-new.gammaquest.com, and the older tracker.gammaquest.com) store their project information there; it is used only to run those projects.
